Here at The Wizardman, we run a tight ship (mostly so we can spend more time rocking out). Because every single item is custom-made just for you when you hit that order button, we have some specific rules of the road.
Please read this before you buy. Let’s keep it totally tubular.
1. Returns & Exchanges (The “Measure Twice, Buy Once” Rule)
Since we don’t hold inventory, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Check the size chart: Seriously. Do it.
Double-check your order: Once that train leaves the station, it’s not coming back.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Did your gear arrive looking like it went 12 rounds in a boxing ring? If the item is defective, misprinted, or damaged upon arrival, we’ve got your back.
Here is the drill:
Clock is Ticking: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Pics or it didn’t happen: Send us a clear photo of the damage. We need this to sort things out with our provider.
The Fix: If the printer messed up, we will send you a free replacement or a refund.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Production Time: Good things take time. Most orders are printed and shipped within a few days, but sometimes delays happen.
Lost in the Void: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you don’t have it, check with your neighbors. If it’s truly lost in transit (and tracking doesn’t say delivered), let us know within 30 days so we can investigate.
Wrong Address: If you accidentally sent your package to the wrong address, that’s a bummer, but we can’t reship it for free. Please check your address before checkout!
4. Cancellations (The “Speed Demon” Rule)
We want to get your gear to you as fast as possible, so our system processes orders immediately.
Change of Heart? If you need to cancel, email us ASAP.
The Catch: If our system has already sent your order to the printer (which happens very fast), we cannot cancel or refund the order. We move at the speed of rock ‘n’ roll, so please be sure before you buy!
